We love cucumber. Really, how can you not love cucumber? You can add it to almost any recipe. It's great in eats and drinks. Fun fact: people used to call the cucumber "cowcumber". Cucumber has grown in abundance for us this season and we still can't get enough. We have it available at our booth at the Phoenix Public Market's Saturday market. Sure you can buy a cucumber just about anywhere but when you buy from Rhibafarms you know it is grown naturally and locally. We grow our cucumbers right in the heart of the valley!
