It’s cold here… Well cold for Phoenix Arizona anyway. Regardless, our crops are still thriving. While our wheatgrass growth has significantly slowed, the aquaponic lettuce, basil, and peppers seem un-phased.

If you pick-up any wheatgrass this week. we apologize for the abruptness in height. We are working hard at adjusting grow cycles and greenhouse temperature to optimize wheatgrass growing in coming cold months.

So while other growers in the valley may be short on their inventory of locally grown produce, we will have no interruption in any of our products that you all know and love.
