Food Day 2011is vast approaching! For those of you unaware of Food Day, it is a day to talk about and push for food that is sustainable, healthy and affordable. Of course there is more to it than that, go to foodday.org to learn more. Food Day is on Monday October 24th!

Rhibafarms will be participating in the Food Day event at Rio Salado College. We strongly encourage you to come out and meet the folks in your area who are growing real food. There will be booths featuring local food producers so you can have the opportunity to meet and ask questions about the food they make. In addition to the booths there is also going to be some great cooking demos as well as a talk from out very own Mark Rhine on Aquaponics! The event is from 11 to 2 at Rio Salado College, 2323 W. 14th St. in Tempe. Stop on by, learn more about food and those who grow it and if you have the time, stop by the Rhibafarms booth and say hello!
