It seems like every week we have something new in our harvest. This week it's eggplant, and if you didn't notice we also added banana trees to our online market. First lets talk eggplant. These things have an almost alien look and feel, you don't see many veggies with a purple skin. Cooking with egg plant is a joy and if you have a vegetarian kitchen they are great substitutes for meat.
