Swiss Chard is a leafy green vegetable that has many uses and our Swiss Chard is grown in our Aquaponics system. The leaves and stalk are both edible. You can boil the stalks in salt water until tender and serve with butter or vinaigrette. The leaves have many uses in cooking and are good for raw foods.
