Our Hatch Chiles are grown right here in Chandler, AZ in our aquaponics system. Hatch chiles are named after Hatch, New Mexico which is their original growing place. The Hatch has a unique flavor in the world of chiles. This chili has a mild to medium heat and is great for salsas and roasting.

Piquin peppers are only about 3/8" long but pack a gigantic load of heat. We grow these in our aquaponic system. These little peppers are great for pickling, salsas and sauces, soups, and vinegars.
