Blue Oyster Mushrooms


Are a rich source of high-quality protein and amino acid, B vitamins, and pro-vitamin D (the vitamin a lot of people are missing these days, as indoor jobs means little sun exposure).  Oyster Mushrooms contain minerals such as iron, potassium.  They are a good source of glucosamine and are also high in chitin.  Some studies show that oyster mushrooms lower cholesterol.
