Squash - Spaghetti
Spaghetti squash is awesome stuff, you can bake it and the innards get noodle like! I can't think of a better glutten free substitute for pasta. It's also much better for you than pasta, it's packed full of folic acid, potassium, vitamin A, and beta carotene. For you calorie counters, one cup of spaghetti squash is only about 40 calories.
