Join us this October 24th for an exciting dinner set down long rows of banana trees in support of a beloved and productive urban farm. RhibaFarms is known valley-wide for their unique and sustainably grown produce so much so that they are a favorite amongst the valley's most recognizable chefs and are featured in some of their most popular dishes.

The full ticket price will be donated to support the repair and rebuild of a greenhouse integral to their farm.

This dinner will feature chef Subash Yadav of Everest MoMo and Sherpa Kitchen. Subash started his journey as a chef wanting to introduce Arizonans to the South Asian flavors he grew up with while never compromising on Sustainability. He aims to connect cultures through food using locally grown products and works with farmers,  focusing on seasonality, to showcase the versatility of ingredients. He was recently featured as the Best New Chef of 2020 by the Phoenix New Times.

We will be seating outdoors and in arrival groups, practicing social distancing, and implementing stringent cleaning protocols to protect all of our guests and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Rhibafarmers here we go again! Wait until you see what we have done out at the farm!

Innovation is key for a small farmer to be able to stay ahead of the trends and keep the money flowing into the farm! Regenerative Agriculture has been working its magic since the inception of the beautiful slice of heaven carved into the desert floor of San Tan Valley. Almost all of it from waste products and an aggressive compost program.

The 3.3-acre San Tan Valley farm’s Food Rescue program fuels the desert soil to grow amazing products people don’t always associate with the climate. RhibaFarms provides the chefs and their restaurants with produce, wheatgrass, microgreens, mushrooms, eggs and flowers for the tables. In a true regenerative form of farming, come visit our sheep and ducks!

Guests will get to tour the farm for a first-hand look at just how much food a small urban farm can produce for the community, then sit at tables amongst the vegetable fields. Proceeds of the dinner will go toward additional infrastructure like greenhouse roof, mushroom boxes, worm and insect bins.

Guests are reminded the location is a working farm with no paved paths. With warm weather almost a certainty, people are encouraged to take the Blue Moon theme to heart with tie-dye and flower child attire. Please bring a flashlight, so you can find your way around after dark.

*Please note, if you purchased tickets to the Rhiba Farms, Spring Fling 2 Event, you can either request a refund in full, or exchange your tickets for our Blue Moon Cafe event. Simply let us know what works best for you and we will work to accommodate all requests.
